At Café Gallardo, we proudly process premium coffee from three main farms: Finca La Santa, Finca Jurutungo, and Finca Nuguo. Each farm has its own distinct characteristics, contributing to our unique coffee offerings.
Finca La Santa
Located at elevations between 1,000 and 1,400 meters, Finca La Santa gathers coffee from various farms managed and processed by the Gallardo Family. This label is available in large quantities, including container-level orders, ensuring consistency and quality.
Finca Jurutungo
Owned and operated by Damaris and Dafsne Gallardo, Finca Jurutungo is situated at approximately 1,600 meters above sea level. The Café Gallardo team processes both Caturra and Geisha varieties from this farm. This farm produces between 1 to 3 tons of Geisha coffee per year.
Finca Nuguo
Finca Nuguo is cultivated and processed exclusively by the Café Gallardo team. Nestled at elevations ranging from 1,750 to 1,980 meters. With a limited annual production of 300 kg to 1,000 kg.
